WhisperKOOL Twin Platinum Split 9000: Dual‑Zone Wine Cellar Cooling
The WhisperKOOL Twin Platinum Split 9000 is a fully ducted split system with dual evaporators, available from Wine Cooler Collection.
With dual evaporators and a 3-speed fan switch, this system delivers high cooling capacity and full control over BTU output. Its flare fittings shorten the line-set work for your installing technician, while standard and 24V thermostat options let you customize your setup.
You can install the condensing unit outdoors with optional exterior housing, which keeps noise and heat away from your cellar. A built-in pump system handles excess condensation, keeping your wine dry and protected.
Engineered for performance, it offers a 55°F temperature differential, maintaining perfect conditions even in demanding environments. For even greater efficiency, upgrade to the UV-C Lighting System and 220V High Efficiency Condenser (available in Copeland and H.E. versions).

The WhisperKOOL Twin Platinum Split 9000 places its condensing unit up to 100 line feet from the master evaporator and is available only from Wine Cooler Collection.

By selecting the 24V Thermostat Conversion Kit, you have acknowledged that the system will not be built with the standard WhisperKOOL control or liquid measuring bottle probe. You will have to source and purchase your own 24V smart thermostat to run the equipment. The WhisperKOOL Customer Satisfaction Team does not provide technical support for smart thermostats.

Twin Platinum Split 9000 Ducted System Product Warranty
Products purchased from Wine Cooler Collection are covered by our supplier’s exclusive warranty.
A limited 2-year product warranty, with up to an additional 1-year grace period for installation, is offered with all split systems. Split systems do not carry a separate compressor warranty. The installing HVAC-R technician must complete their portion of the Split Startup Checklist, and you must return it to WhisperKOOL within 30 days of installation. The warranty starts at the date of purchase but is not activated until that checklist is approved. Warranty labor reimbursement is capped at $400.

Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders within the United States.
- In-stock orders ship within three business days of the order date.
- Shipping confirmation is emailed within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
- If an item is on back-order or unavailable, we void the pre-authorization and email you before any charge is taken.
- Delivery is Standard Door to Door Freight Service.
- Free shipping does not cover White Glove service, where the crew unpacks the unit, places it, and removes the packaging. Ask at checkout to upgrade.
- We cannot ship to a P.O. box.

Returns & damage
- 30 days from receipt, for any reason.
- Items must arrive back in “Like New” condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Defective, damaged or incorrect items ship back at our cost.
- Inspect the packaging at delivery. Note any damage when you sign, and email photos to support@winecoolercollection.com the same day.
