We match any verified offer from a US-based authorized reseller. Here is exactly how it works.

What counts as a verified offer

• An advertised price live on the seller's website on the day we verify
• From a US-based authorized reseller of the same brand
• For the same brand, same model number, and same configuration
• With the unit in stock at the competitor
• Including any shipping cost the competitor charges, so our comparison is total-delivered price

Time window

• Up to seven days before your purchase from us
• Up to fourteen days after your purchase from us

How to claim

Email a link plus a screenshot to support@winecoolercollection.com or call (866) 430-2877. We verify within one business day. If the offer qualifies, we refund the difference to your original payment method or credit it against a new order, your choice.

What we cannot match

• Auction sites, marketplace third-party sellers, and grey-market resellers
• Clearance, refurbished, B-stock, open-box, or used units
• Coupon-stacked or bundle pricing
• Manufacturer rebates already applied at the competitor
• Prices that violate the manufacturer's MAP policy (we and the brand will both decline)
