Trade Account

We have sold WhisperKOOL and Breezaire cooling units as an authorized dealer since 2018. Contractors and cellar builders account for more than half of our larger orders, and they arrive knowing the model they need. The trade account is built for that buyer: quote, order, and reorder by email, with the spec sheet attached and your PO number on the invoice.

What the account gives you

• A written quote within one business day. Email the model number and the ship-to ZIP. We reply with the price, the lead time we have from the manufacturer, and the spec sheet and install manual as PDFs.
• Free shipping to the jobsite or your shop. Your PO number and job name go on the invoice.
• Price matching. Forward a competing quote for the same model with your order and we match it.
• Reorders from one email. Reply to any past order confirmation with the model and the new ship-to address. We build the order and send a payment link.
• One thread per project. Quote, order confirmation, tracking, and manufacturer paperwork stay in the same email thread, so anyone on your team can pick it up.
• Manufacturer answers in writing. We put sizing and application questions to WhisperKOOL and Breezaire and send you their reply in the thread.

Who qualifies

You buy cooling units for projects you build, install, design, or procure for a client. That covers HVAC contractors, wine cellar builders, general contractors and remodelers, interior designers and architects, and procurement firms buying for a job.

We look up your company and check that your email domain matches. If we cannot find you, we email you for a license number or website before approving the account.

What happens next

1. We get your application the moment you submit it.
2. We review it and email you within one business day, Monday through Friday.
3. Once approved, we tag your customer record as trade and send a welcome email. Reply to that email for your first quote, or order from any model page as usual.
4. From then on, email the model number and the ship-to ZIP and we send a written quote within one business day. Reply to a past order and we build the reorder.
