Wine Cooler Collection supplies wine refrigeration and cellar cooling equipment to restaurants, hotels, wine bars, tasting rooms, country clubs, and the contractors and designers building them out. We work with operators, sommeliers, and project managers on equipment selection, lead time coordination, net-terms purchasing, and post-install support.

Spec assistance during design phase, equipment selection that matches the project's geometry and timeline, drop shipment to job sites, coordination with mechanical and electrical subs.

- Net 30 terms after credit approval (typically a one-page application, three to five business day turnaround)
- PO-based invoicing for organizations that purchase through formal procurement
- Tax exemption handling for tax-exempt entities
- Volume pricing on orders of three or more units
- Project-aligned shipping: dock delivery, job-site delivery, or staged delivery for phased installs
- Specifier support: BTU calculations, equipment selection, compatibility checks for your specific project geometry and ambient conditions
- Authorized manufacturer warranties on every unit, with direct manufacturer escalation paths for any service issue

- Commercial wine refrigerators: capacity from 100 to 500 bottles, dual-zone or single-zone, glass-door or solid-door, NSF-compatible options
- Cellar cooling systems: WhisperKool and Breezaire self-contained, ducted, and split systems for cellars from 200 to 3,000 cubic feet
- Walk-in cellar equipment: full mechanical design for dedicated wine rooms, including ductwork and electrical specifications
- Modular and custom racking: Ultra Wine Racks and custom millwork for commercial-scale storage

For projects already in the design phase, we can join a call with your contractor or designer to spec equipment alongside the mechanical drawings.
Lead times
- In-stock wine refrigerators: 5 to 10 business days dock-to-dock
- WhisperKool / Breezaire cooling units in stock: 7 to 14 business days
- Special order configurations: 3 to 8 weeks depending on manufacturer
- Custom racking: 6 to 12 weeks
For projects with hard install dates, we lock equipment from inventory at PO acceptance to guarantee lead time.

We are happy to provide references from previous commercial installations on request. Most of our commercial customers are working operators rather than national chains, but we have shipped equipment for projects from boutique wine bars to multi-property hospitality groups.
