Add stability and finish to your Ultra Floor-to-Ceiling 1-Sided Wine Display. The Backer Channel connects at the midpoint of the two 5-foot posts, strengthening the frame for a clean, floating wine wall.
Retractable for use only in one-side configurations—HZ Wall Rails suffice on 2-sided systems.

Floor-to-Ceiling Backer Channel: 1-Sided System Support
Ultra Backer Channels are designed for our Floor-to-Ceiling 1-Sided wine racking system (sold as a set). The Backer Channel reinforces the connection point between the two five-foot posts included with purchase, ensuring a stable and secure wine display.
Floor-to-Ceiling Backer Channel: Backer Not Required for 2-Sided Racks
For 2-Sided Floor-to-Ceiling wine racks, the HZ Wall Rails provide support at the post connection point, so an Ultra Backer Channel is not necessary for these systems.

Warranty
Our supplier’s exclusive warranty covers products purchased from Wine Cooler Collection.
Ultra Wine Racks & Cellars warrants to the original consumer-purchaser that its products (“Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and defects that hinder the functioning of the Product, that occur under normal and reasonable use for the lifetime of the product.
Ultra Wine Racks & Cellars, at its option, will replace any product or part found to be defective during the warranty period (excludes installation charges, shipping charges, and cost of removal and reinstallation). Ultra Wine Racks & Cellars may require you to return the part(s) claimed to be defective for its inspection. Shipping costs will be covered if after inspection of the part, Product is determined to be under warranty.
This warranty does not include the cost of any inconvenience or property damage due to the failure of the Product and does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, or damage arising out of transportation of this product.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders within the United States.
- In-stock orders ship within three business days of the order date.
- Shipping confirmation is emailed within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
- If an item is on back-order or unavailable, we void the pre-authorization and email you before any charge is taken.
- Delivery is Standard Door to Door Freight Service.
- Free shipping does not cover White Glove service, where the crew unpacks the unit, places it, and removes the packaging. Ask at checkout to upgrade.
- We cannot ship to a P.O. box.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and international: email support@winecoolercollection.com for current rates.
Returns & damage
- 30 days from receipt, for any reason.
- Items must arrive back in “Like New” condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Defective, damaged or incorrect items ship back at our cost.
- Inspect the packaging at delivery. Note any damage when you sign, and email photos to support@winecoolercollection.com the same day.
