WhisperKOOL Platinum Split 4000: Efficient Ducted Cooling
Quiet, efficient, and built for performance, the WhisperKOOL Platinum Split 4000 is the ideal ducted wine cooling system for small to mid-sized cellars, available now at Wine Cooler Collection.
Flare fittings shorten the line-set work for your installing technician, while the 2-speed fan switch allows precise control over BTU output. Choose between standard or 24V thermostat options for a setup that fits your needs.
The system runs at 42 dBA at the evaporator and 46 dBA at the condenser and can be upgraded with exterior housing to place the condensing unit outdoors, keeping noise and heat away from your cellar. A built-in pump system manages condensation, and a 55°F temperature differential ensures consistent, reliable cooling, even in challenging environments.
Optional UV-C lighting helps shield your wine from harmful UV rays, promoting proper aging. For enhanced performance, choose between the 110V Omega Condenser or the 220V High Efficiency (H.E.) Condenser, both designed for energy-efficient, dependable operation.
The WhisperKOOL Platinum Split 4000 cools ducted cellars up to 1,000 cu ft, with the condenser sited up to 100 feet of line set away. Available from Wine Cooler Collection.

Note: A qualified HVAC-R technician is required for the installation of your Ducted Platinum Split 4000. Failure to have the system installed by a qualified technician will void the warranty.

By selecting the 24V Thermostat Conversion Kit, you have acknowledged that the system will not be built with the standard WhisperKOOL control or liquid measuring bottle probe. You will have to source and purchase your own 24V smart thermostat to run the equipment. The WhisperKOOL Customer Satisfaction Team does not provide technical support for smart thermostats.

Platinum Split 4000 Ducted System Product Warranty
Products purchased from Wine Cooler Collection are covered by our supplier’s exclusive warranty.
A limited 2-year product warranty, with up to an additional 1-year grace period for installation, is offered with all split systems. Split systems do not carry a separate compressor warranty. The installing HVAC-R technician must complete their portion of the Split Startup Checklist, and you must return it to WhisperKOOL within 30 days of installation. The warranty starts at the date of purchase but is not activated until that checklist is approved. Warranty labor reimbursement is capped at $400.

Returns & damage
- 30 days from receipt, for any reason.
- Items must arrive back in “Like New” condition with all original packaging and accessories.
