At Wine Cooler Collection, we offer the WhisperKOOL Phantom 3500 Fully Ducted Wine Cooling System, an advanced, fully ducted, self-contained system rated for cellars up to 800 cu ft, delivering reliable, year-round wine storage.
This high-performance system offers an optional UV-C lighting system that helps protect your wine from bacteria and airborne contaminants. With a range of ducting options, the Phantom 3500 offers flexible installation to suit a variety of cellar configurations, making it an ideal choice for both residential and commercial use.
With the included remote KDT Plus controller, you can easily manage and monitor your cellar environment without being on site. The sleek, black powder-coated finish and corrosion-resistant drip tray add a sophisticated touch to the system’s durable construction.
Designed to operate in ambient temperatures up to 110°F, the Phantom 3500 is especially suited for warmer climates or challenging installation conditions. It provides efficient cooling, helping you maintain the ideal wine storage environment without compromising on aesthetics or performance.

Note: No licensed HVAC-R technician is required. The Phantom 3500 is self-contained, with supply and return ducted to the cellar, so there is no field refrigerant work.
*PLEASE NOTE: WhisperKOOL does not provide smart thermostat. By selecting the 24V Thermostat Conversion Kit, you have acknowledged that the system will not be built with the standard WhisperKOOL control or liquid measuring bottle probe. You will have to source and purchase your own 24V smart thermostat to run the equipment. The WhisperKOOL Customer Satisfaction Team does not provide technical support for smart thermostats.

Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders within the United States.
- In-stock orders ship within three business days of the order date.
- Shipping confirmation is emailed within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
- If an item is on back-order or unavailable, we void the pre-authorization and email you before any charge is taken.
- Delivery is Standard Door to Door Freight Service.
- Free shipping does not cover White Glove service, where the crew unpacks the unit, places it, and removes the packaging. Ask at checkout to upgrade.
- We cannot ship to a P.O. box.

Returns & damage
- 30 days from receipt, for any reason.
- Items must arrive back in “Like New” condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Defective, damaged or incorrect items ship back at our cost.
- Inspect the packaging at delivery. Note any damage when you sign, and email photos to support@winecoolercollection.com the same day.
