High-Capacity Cooling with WhisperKOOL Quantum 12000 Split Ducted System
The WhisperKOOL Quantum 12000 Split Ducted Wine Cooling System is a fully ducted split system designed to handle large cellars and demanding conditions.
The Quantum 12000 features interchangeable evaporator airflow panels, giving you complete control over air direction. This ensures even cooling throughout your cellar, protecting every bottle from temperature fluctuations.
To manage humidity, the system includes a built-in pump to remove excess condensation, keeping your cellar dry and free from moisture damage. You’ll also enjoy flexibility with standard or 24V thermostat compatibility, making it easy to integrate with your preferred control system.
This unit is also equipped with electro-fin coated coils, which provide excellent resistance against outgassing and corrosion, especially important in humid or chemically active environments.
Want to keep the system out of sight? The condensing unit can be placed outdoors when paired with optional exterior housing, helping preserve both cellar aesthetics and interior space.
Powered by a 220V High Efficiency (H.E.) Condenser, the Quantum 12000 delivers powerful yet efficient cooling, ideal for larger cellars or high-heat environments.

The WhisperKOOL Quantum 12000 runs at 52 dBA at both the evaporator and the condenser, and the condensing unit can sit up to 100 feet of line set from the evaporator.

Quantum 12000 Split Ducted Wine Cooling System Product Warranty
Products purchased from Wine Cooler Collection are covered by our supplier’s exclusive warranty.
A limited 2-year product warranty, with up to an additional 1-year grace period for installation, is offered with all split systems. Split systems do not carry a separate compressor warranty. The installing HVAC-R technician must complete their portion of the Split Startup Checklist, and you must return it to WhisperKOOL within 30 days of installation. The warranty starts at the date of purchase but is not activated until that checklist is approved. Warranty labor reimbursement is capped at $400.

- In-stock orders ship within three business days of the order date.
- Shipping confirmation is emailed within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
- If an item is on back-order or unavailable, we void the pre-authorization and email you before any charge is taken.
- Delivery is Standard Door to Door Freight Service.

Returns & damage
- 30 days from receipt, for any reason.
- Items must arrive back in “Like New” condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Defective, damaged or incorrect items ship back at our cost.
- Inspect the packaging at delivery. Note any damage when you sign, and email photos to support@winecoolercollection.com the same day.
