The WhisperKOOL Quantum Twin 18000 Split Ducted Wine Cooling System is the largest unit in this range, cooling cellars up to 5,000 cu ft. This fully ducted split system supports up to 25 feet of ducting, so the equipment sits away from your wine room.
Ideal for both commercial and residential use, the Quantum Twin 18000 delivers up to 18,250 BTU/h with precise temperature and humidity control to safeguard even the most extensive wine collections. It features a stainless steel drip tray for easy maintenance, a sleek black metal exterior kit for a modern aesthetic, and a three-speed fan switch to customize airflow as needed.
The external insulation blanket enhances thermal efficiency, while the optional UV-C lighting system helps protect internal components from microbial growth.
Engineered with premium components, this powerful system is capable of operating in ambient temperatures as low as -15°F, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging conditions.
The Quantum Twin 18000 runs at 58 dBA at the evaporator and 52 dBA at the condenser, which is the loudest in this range, so plan the equipment location accordingly.

Note: A qualified HVAC-R technician is required for the installation of the Quantum Twin 18000 wine cellar cooling system. Failure to have the system installed by a qualified technician will void the warranty.

By selecting the 24V Thermostat Conversion Kit, you have acknowledged that the system will not be built with the standard WhisperKOOL control or liquid measuring bottle probe. You will have to source and purchase your own 24V smart thermostat to run the equipment. The WhisperKOOL Customer Satisfaction Team does not provide technical support for smart thermostats.

Quantum Twin 18000 Wine Cooling System Product Warranty
Products purchased from Wine Cooler Collection are covered by our supplier’s exclusive warranty.
A limited 2-year product warranty, with up to an additional 1-year grace period for installation, is offered with all split systems. Split systems do not carry a separate compressor warranty. The installing HVAC-R technician must complete their portion of the Split Startup Checklist, and you must return it to WhisperKOOL within 30 days of installation. The warranty starts at the date of purchase but is not activated until that checklist is approved. Warranty labor reimbursement is capped at $400.

- Free shipping on all orders within the United States.
- In-stock orders ship within three business days of the order date.
- Shipping confirmation is emailed within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
- If an item is on back-order or unavailable, we void the pre-authorization and email you before any charge is taken.
- Delivery is Standard Door to Door Freight Service.

Returns & damage
- 30 days from receipt, for any reason.
- Items must arrive back in “Like New” condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Defective, damaged or incorrect items ship back at our cost.
- Inspect the packaging at delivery. Note any damage when you sign, and email photos to support@winecoolercollection.com the same day.
