Twin Ceiling Mount 12000: Premium Cooling for Large Wine Cellars
The WhisperKOOL Twin Ceiling Mount 12000 cools cellars up to 3,500 cu ft from twin ceiling-mounted evaporators, available now at Wine Cooler Collection.
Designed to draw warm air from the ceiling and evenly distribute cooled air throughout your cellar, this system ensures consistent temperature control regardless of bottle placement. Its ceiling-mounted design keeps it virtually invisible, with a hex mesh grille and air filter that seamlessly blends into your space.
Flare fittings shorten the line-set work for your installing technician, and Duramax coils deliver long-lasting performance. The included KDT Digital Controller with 50-ft. cable allows remote monitoring and temperature control, while standard and 24V thermostat options offer added flexibility.
Equipped with a 220V High Efficiency (H.E.) Condenser, this system provides powerful, energy-efficient cooling even in demanding conditions.
The WhisperKOOL Twin Ceiling Mount 12000 runs at 48 dBA on the medium setting, rising to 53 dBA on high, with the condenser rated at 52 dBA. Available from Wine Cooler Collection.

By selecting the 24V Thermostat Conversion Kit, you have acknowledged that the system will not be built with the standard WhisperKOOL control or liquid measuring bottle probe. Twin Ceiling Mount 12000 Wine Cellar Cooler System Product Warranty
Products purchased from Wine Cooler Collection are covered by our supplier’s exclusive warranty.
A limited 2-year product warranty, with up to an additional 1-year grace period for installation, is offered with all split systems. Split systems do not carry a separate compressor warranty. The installing HVAC-R technician must complete their portion of the Split Startup Checklist, and you must return it to WhisperKOOL within 30 days of installation. The warranty starts at the date of purchase but is not activated until that checklist is approved. Warranty labor reimbursement is capped at $400.

- Free shipping on all orders within the United States.
- In-stock orders ship within three business days of the order date.
- Shipping confirmation is emailed within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
- If an item is on back-order or unavailable, we void the pre-authorization and email you before any charge is taken.
- Delivery is Standard Door to Door Freight Service.
- Free shipping does not cover White Glove service, where the crew unpacks the unit, places it, and removes the packaging. Ask at checkout to upgrade.

Returns & damage
- 30 days from receipt, for any reason.
- Items must arrive back in “Like New” condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Defective, damaged or incorrect items ship back at our cost.
- Inspect the packaging at delivery. Note any damage when you sign, and email photos to support@winecoolercollection.com the same day.
