At Wine Cooler Collection, we offer the WhisperKOOL Phantom 5000 Fully Ducted Wine Cooling System, a fully ducted, self-contained system rated for cellars up to 1,250 cu. ft.
The Phantom 5000 offers an optional UV-C lighting system that helps protect against bacterial growth and airborne contaminants. With customizable ducting options, this unit allows for flexible installation, so you can design a system that fits your cellar layout perfectly.
Equipped with a remote KDT Plus controller and 50-ft. cable, you can conveniently monitor and adjust your wine cellar’s temperature from a distance, without ever stepping into the room. The system is finished with a corrosion-resistant drip tray and a sleek black powder-coated exterior, combining reliable performance with modern style.
Designed to operate in ambient temperatures up to 110°F, the Phantom 5000 is an ideal choice for homes and cellars in warmer regions. Whether you're building a new wine room or upgrading an existing one, this system provides efficient, consistent cooling for your valuable collection.

Note: No licensed HVAC-R technician is required. The Phantom 5000 is self-contained, with supply and return ducted to the cellar, so there is no field refrigerant work.
*PLEASE NOTE: WhisperKOOL does not provide smart thermostat. By selecting the 24V Thermostat Conversion Kit, you have acknowledged that the system will not be built with the standard WhisperKOOL control or liquid measuring bottle probe. You will have to source and purchase your own 24V smart thermostat to run the equipment. The WhisperKOOL Customer Satisfaction Team does not provide technical support for smart thermostats.

Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders within the United States.
- In-stock orders ship within three business days of the order date.
- Shipping confirmation is emailed within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
- If an item is on back-order or unavailable, we void the pre-authorization and email you before any charge is taken.
- Delivery is Standard Door to Door Freight Service.
- Free shipping does not cover White Glove service, where the crew unpacks the unit, places it, and removes the packaging. Ask at checkout to upgrade.
- We cannot ship to a P.O. box.

Returns & damage
- 30 days from receipt, for any reason.
- Items must arrive back in “Like New” condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Defective, damaged or incorrect items ship back at our cost.
- Inspect the packaging at delivery. Note any damage when you sign, and email photos to support@winecoolercollection.com the same day.
